Charging stops at 91%

Hello,

For the past 2 days, when I charge my Xiaomi 11T Pro, it reaches 91% and the charging doesn’t continue anymore. Even if I unplug and replug, it doesn’t change; it stays at 91%.

The phone has been used for a year, any ideas please?

    Hello,

    there are quite a few similar cases, the solutions would be:

    1- Finish charging with a less powerful charger than the original (10w)
    2- Let the phone completely discharge and then recharge it
    3- Check the health status with the Battery Guru app
    4- Battery calibration issue, there are several apps on the Play Store but none have consensus.
