Error message "security stops systematically"

Hello,

On my Redmi 9, the message "security keeps stopping" keeps appearing, which prevents me from using the phone. I have turned it off and on again, but without success. I have version MIUI Global 12.0.2.

    idem it's super annoying for a few hours... impossible to find a solution.
