RadioMarantz-Vtuner out of service

Hello
Since December 24th, the VTuner Web Radios server, which has often been faulty, is no longer working at all.
This server is linked to Marantz Radio on the equipment of this major brand.
Does anyone know what is going on?
Thank you very much

Yes, the Marantz radio site is even closed, like the vtuner site. I have a Marantz NA 6005: at first they started charging for access to internet radios: I paid a few euros for a year, and while I was no longer able to add stations to those I had added to my list (they claimed that access to those would be preserved anyway), now that's not even the case: since the day before yesterday, I only have access to the list of radios I selected as favorites, but only their names are displayed and the connection does not go through. Moreover, we can no longer even pay the annual "subscription" of 4 euros they previously requested: they do not provide any service address for that. In short, this is pure and simple fraud, and MARANTZ, which adorns itself with a truly USURPED prestige of a great name in HIFI, is happily participating in this theft since recent streamers become obsolete overnight. (Since the day before yesterday, December 24, 2023) this is their way of saying Merry Christmas to you. Their customer service even closed its phone line: they are quiet, they have GONE ON VACATION. I advise everyone who is a victim of this fraud to contact sites like QUE CHOISIR to seek compensation. The more of us there are, the more chance we have to put an end to this. There is nothing new in this area; for a vacation address, I had bought a more modest device from the English brand PURE; they also suddenly changed their devices, and you can no longer pick anything up: they claimed to offer solutions if contacted via the Internet, which I did WITHOUT EVER RECEIVING A SINGLE RESPONSE. The absurdity of capitalism really shows itself: theoretically, one is offered a network in which connections are potentially infinite, but in reality, the possibilities of connecting to this network are annihilated by those who offer them, allowing them (in the name of progress, of course) to seek new refinements to make money again when what they have already amassed before is no longer enough for them...
Hello,
If you have an older Marantz model that uses vTuner as the Internet radio service, please note that vTuner now requires a paid subscription to access its Internet radio server. Without a vTuner paid subscription, your Internet radio service on your Marantz product will be extremely limited. For more information on setting up a vTuner subscription, please click the following link to their website. https://marantz.vtuner.com/setupapp/marantz/asp/AuthLogin/DetectDevice.asp?noreg=y&lngy=eng *Please note that vTuner is a separate entity and owns the rights to the website radiomarantz.com. https://marantz.vtuner.com/setupapp/marantz/asp/AuthLogin/SignIn.asp

I just spoke with Marantz technical support (they're back from vacation, it seems!). They directed me to Vtuner and actually, on Vtuner, we only have the choice to pay or nothing. They ask for $6 a year for a service that's actually worth 0. It's pure scam.
And contrary to what is said on Marantz technical support: "If you do not wish to subscribe to this annual subscription, then the services of vTuner will be limited to the stations stored on the website www.radiomarantz.com* and the recently listened stations on your product."
It doesn't work!
Le site web de marantz vtuner semble être hors ligne. Comment pouvons-nous résoudre ce problème ? Je m'attendais à un meilleur service de la part d'une marque premium comme Marantz.
In fact, it is the Vtuner servers in Dallas that had a problem.
Look at what is said on this site.

Scroll through all the posts to understand.
This also concerns all devices other than Naim that work with Vtuner. But it seems that for Naim, the management structures have found a solution since it is working again for some (Browse the posts). All countries are affected (see the posts).
However, I tried to contact Marantz by phone. They are on.... vacation.
I have the same problem, since the same date, with my Scott DXi 80WL internet radio tuner.
Has the service been discontinued?
Pffff, such a drag...
Exactly the same problem on a Marantz CR 611, which I bought and use exclusively and solely for internet radios...
Vtuner seems to be completely out of it, I have the impression that it's this service that is messing up, no radio accessible from the vtuner site...
