Images not displaying

Hello,

For a few days now, I've been encountering a problem when trying to access some websites.

On the first one, the images don't display on Chrome on my computer, but on my phone, there seems to be no issues.

On a second one, when I click on "I accept the terms blablabla..." the page stays the same.

And on a third one, I keep getting this message in a loop: "Checking that your connection to the site is secure."

Yesterday or the day before, I downloaded some Chrome extensions, which I uninstalled immediately as they did not meet my needs.

I ran scans with CCleaner and AdwCleaner, and nothing abnormal was found.

Thank you

EDIT: I'm on Windows 7 and my version of Chrome is outdated, but I never had this issue before, so I don't think that's the cause.

However, I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, and if I can avoid that, it would be great.

    Hello.

Windows 7 has been over for quite a while, Chrome no longer supports Windows 7, the best thing for you is to switch to the ESR version of Firefox.

    OR

You can also upgrade to Windows 10, here's how to do it:

    First, check this page.

To upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10, download this Microsoft tool, open the tool and do as instructed below:

Be sure to leave the options checked as shown in the photo.

Thank you for your response, but I must admit that I prefer to stick with Windows 7, plus I hadn’t experienced these problems before. The worst part is that it’s happening on 3 sites, everything else works.

I was thinking more about a deeper cleanup with AdwCleaner, along with FRST files and the like.

I wanted to do a restore of the PC, but the last backup was from last night... And I already had this problem.

It's a compatibility issue; with Windows 7, you'll increasingly encounter this kind of problem. As I mentioned in my previous message, switch to the ESR version of Firefox.
