Uninstalling Office 2016 That Isn't Working

Hello, I spent time trying to delete files in the configuration folder, but they won't delete. I can't modify it; repair options are not offered to me. The message has been saying "waiting for installation" for several days! I tried reinstalling but it gets stuck at 58%. A friend who looked at it remotely told me that I have corrupted files because I often experience issues with Windows Explorer, for example, and often with the internet. Am I going to have to go to a store for help? Because it's very expensive!
