Sound issue on TV

Hello,
I have a Lifemax TV, and when I disconnect the wireless device, I can't find the sound on the TV even if I configure the sound to the TV speakers.

    What do you mean by "I'm disconnecting the wireless device?"

    What is this wireless device (Brand and model)?

    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn’t there...

    The device is Edifier X3 Lite True Wireless Earbuds

    I mean that if I connect my earbuds to the TV, it works very well, but without the earbuds, I can't hear anything through the TV speakers

    OK so Bluetooth headphones...

    Without knowing the model of the television, it's impossible for me to find the manual...

    There is certainly a setting in the television menu that allows you to enable Bluetooth, and that's probably what disconnects the TV's speakers. Check in the Sound or Audio menu

    Very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
