Free 5G abroad plan issue

Hello,
I subscribed to a Free mobile 5G plan for 19.99, with a connection and network abroad.
However, I have been to Belgium twice now and I have no network at all, neither 4G nor 5G connection. Also, there are no messages indicating that I am abroad.
My data roaming is also activated. The phone is an iPhone 15.
The blocked plan option is indeed disabled; thinking the problem might be with the phone, I tried with another SIM card, and there were no issues.
Are there any settings to be adjusted in the subscriber area? Although I looked and couldn't see anything else to do. Could the problem be with the SIM card or simply the Free network not working properly in Belgium? This would seem really bad if that's the case.

Hello.
It may be a misconfiguration of your phone or a problem with the SIM card; in either case, it's best to talk to Free directly.
