Silent Notification Sent

Hello,

When I send an SMS from my iPhone to someone who also has an iPhone, it shows me that the SMS was sent after I sent it.

It notes that the SMS was sent and right after it says "delivered silently," but the person doesn't reply as if they haven't received it.
