I'm calling my friend who isn't answering me anymore or has blocked me? It rings and I reach the voicemail, and I send texts that say delivered; I think he doesn't read them or that he blocked me?

      If the person has blocked you, the iPhone won't display anything; your contact won't even know that you sent them a text or that you tried to call them.
      The principle of blocking a contact is to ensure that the iPhone doesn't display anything.
      The fact that your iPhone shows Delivered simply means that your text has arrived at its destination.
