Hello,

I installed the 5G Meteor Arcadyan Bouygues box last Friday and since then I haven't been able to use my HP Deskjet 2548 printer, which refuses to connect.

This printer was working perfectly before the installation of this new box.

    Hello,

    Did you enter the Wi-Fi PIN code from your Box on your printer?

    Hello.

    If your printer is connected via WiFi, changing your router means that your WiFi key has changed; you need to enter the new WiFi key into the printer using the WPS button on the router or manually. You can also reinstall your printer.
