Attempt to dual screen but the secondary remains black.

Hello,
I have a rather unpleasant problem and I am seeking your help please.
To put you in context, I only changed my graphics card (upgrading from a Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB to a MSI AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB). The graphics card is new and I am on Windows 11 for the small detail. With the GTX 1650, the dual monitor setup was working perfectly (Both screens are fully functional).
Screen 1: IIyama 165hz connected via DisplayPort
Screen 2: Samsung 60Hz connected via HDMI.
After installing my new graphics card (Graphics drivers updated thanks to the AMD Adrenalin Edition software version 23.11.1), my second screen is not recognized by my system.
When I unplug the DisplayPort cable from my screen 1 and restart my PC (while leaving my screen 2 plugged in), the display switches to my screen 2.
And when I plug in both screens, the display only appears on my screen 1. A small detail, when I start my PC on screen 2, my main screen is not recognized...
I tried installing a driver for my Samsung screen but nothing works.
I also tried installing an older version of the AMD Adrenalin Edition Software, but that doesn't work either.
I also tried connecting my secondary screen to another PC (on Windows 10) and the dual monitor setup works without any issues.
Should I switch to Windows 10?
Any help from you would be very kind. I hope I have been as clear as possible in my statements. Thank you very much.
I am closely monitoring your responses so I can reply to you as quickly as possible.

Hello
IIyama 165Hz, Samsung 60Hz:
► isn't it simply a poor handling of different frequencies?(I don't know the hardware used here).
Good luck!

Hello _SL3ATZ_,
"Screen 2: Samsung 60Hz connected via HDMI:
1. Just a clarification, when I start my PC on screen 2, my main screen is not recognized..."
► You mean that the desktop is displayed on this screen 2?"I also tried connecting my secondary screen to another PC (Running Windows 10) and the dual screens work without issue.":
► Did you connect it as a 2nd screen?
► "dual screen" or "extended desktop" (in Windows)?I feel like it's due to a setting in your graphics card since it worked well with the old one.
I don't know either W10 or W11 (I'm on W7, yes....) but I don't think it's related to Windows!Good luck!

► Do you mean that the desktop is displayed on this screen 2?
Yes, that's right, my desktop normally appears on screen 2.
► Did you connect it as a second screen?
Yes, the first screen was also 165Hz. The desktop is displayed correctly.
► "Dual screen" or "extended desktop" (in Windows)?
Extended desktop, that's what I'm looking for, sorry for using the wrong term.
Yes, I think it's stuck at the Windows and GPU level, but I couldn't find the error despite spending a lot of time in the settings and the control panel. I have to force the manipulation but I don't know where.
Thank you for your message :)

I haven't used Windows 11 yet, but I assume it's the same as Windows 10 when it comes to managing screens. So try this:
Connect your 2 screens. With the one that works, click on Settings (gear icon), click on System, click on Display. Look for Multiple displays and click on Detect.
Good luck!
