Hello,

Not long ago, my Epic account was hacked.

I sent the necessary evidence to Support, stating that I no longer had access to my account.

They responded saying they would send me an email separate from the one I received when creating the account. (Supposedly my email)

I haven't received anything, and I have been without a response since then. Even though I have been sending proof every day for the past three days as I keep finding more. Even Riot Games retrieved my account literally two minutes after I sent my email.

My question is, does it take this long just to recover an account with Epic?

Hello,

Only Epic Games can restore your account after verifying that you are indeed the owner.

CCM members do not have access (and fortunately) to your protected accounts.
