Unable to disable automatic sleep mode

Hello,

On my Sharp Aquos TV powered by an Orange decoder, I've tried everything to disable the shutdown (it's not actually a standby since everything turns off) that occurs after 1h30 to 2h of operation, even though I have removed all standby options with its remote control. For your information, the TV turns off with the remote control as well as the decoder, but the latter only after a few minutes, after which it remains in standby.

A big thank you to anyone who has a solution; this has been going on for years and I'm cracking up!

    But instead, it turns off after about 2 hours.
    I suspect it's the sleep mode controlled by your box.

    which proves that your remote control is working properly as well as your TV.

    That's why I think about your box; it’s the one executing the shutdown of your set. Check the settings of your box.

    Confirm or deny these propositions above, or clarify the operation of the box.

    Hello from the Basque Country,

    Yes, the standby mode is indeed disabled on the TV.

    When you mention the box, are you referring to the decoder or the Live box? The latter indicates that it is working for the internet, Wi-Fi, and phone. As for the Orange decoder, I don't know how to check its settings. Please excuse my ignorance!

      You don't have access to it from your TV like in this example (red rectangle)?

      (Applications => System).
