automatic standby / no signal detected Solved

Question

Hello, Following the installation of fiber by Orange, everything is working except for the TV. (After changing the batteries in the remote control), I get the following message: the television has gone into automatic standby because no signal has been detected for a certain amount of time. In fact, I was lent this TV which hasn't been used for 2 years. The TV is a Techwood TC20277LED16. I have followed the procedure for connecting the decoder + livebox. The livebox is: livebox 4 and the decoder is also 4. Thank you in advance for your help.

You must manually switch the TV to the corresponding HDMI input by pressing the "enter," "input," or "source" button on the remote, sometimes there is a logo: a rectangle with an arrow entering. The decoder must be turned on.  -- I call a cat a cat *      *in French in the text

Am I silly! It was enough for me to accidentally try pressing a button next to what I thought was the power button on the decoder's remote for it to work! It just goes to show that patience ... The rest followed: I followed the instructions and there you go. I'm still fumbling a bit to turn it back on, switching between the TV remote and the decoder's remote, but I suppose it will be easier after reading the manual. So thanks again! I'm going to help the others now.
