Grandin TV automatically goes into standby.

I have a small problem with my Grandin LV2629W TV; as soon as I turn it on, it automatically goes into standby. If someone could help me, thank you very much..

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 22.0.1229.94

    still check the LED diode that serves as an indicator; if it flickers briefly, it's a sign of a failure, the power supply of your TV is in security mode
    head to customer service and if it's out of warranty, request a quote
