Internet browser standby issue on Sony Bravia TV

Hello, I have a Sony XR-75X94K-Bravia LED TV since November 2022. At first, everything was fine, but since January 2023 I've been having an issue when watching a video on the internet browser (provided by Sony), the screen goes into sleep mode every 10 minutes on the dot. To avoid this, I have to remember to press a button on the remote regularly, it's annoying!! I've disabled all sleep or eco modes in the TV settings, done the updates, reset to factory settings... but nothing works. I installed other internet browsers, they do not go to sleep but some sites are not supported so they're useless for watching videos. It's definitely Internet Browser that is causing the problem. It's frustrating! Fortunately, there are no issues with Netflix or TV channels. Does anyone have THE solution to disable the automatic sleep of the internet browser? Thank you.

    Hello Schub62,
    I think it's due to the firmware that may have been updated (in the background perhaps?).
    By doing a factory reset, you should certainly revert to the latest version of the firmware.
    You would need to find an earlier version, when it was working properly?

        Yes, it's a shame because it's a very good quality television, both visually and audibly.

      Thank you for your response, but as I mentioned in my request, I have already reset the factory settings.

      I am losing hope of finding a solution, even Sony is not responding!
