SAMSUNG UE40C6000 channel issues

For about 2 years, I have not been receiving TNT channels 20, 21, 23, 24, and 25 on my SAMSUNG UE40C6000 television.
Terrestrial antenna.
I have tried several times to perform an automatic channel search... to no avail.

I live in a detached house in New Aquitaine.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

    In fact, you are missing all the channels broadcast on the R7 multiplex.

    Which transmitter is your antenna pointing to?

    Give me the name of the town you live in, and I can provide you with the channel number to search for manually.

    I can't pick up channels 23, 24, and 25 since I moved, but I moved just one street over

    I have a wall antenna and I tried with an external antenna but got the same result

    I don't understand

    What is the problem?

      What do you call a wall antenna, an external antenna?

      23 RMC story - 24 RMC Decouverte - Chérie 25 are channels on the R7 multiplex, as well as channels 20 TF1 films and 21 l’Équipe.

      Do you receive 20 and 21?

    I have a problem with the TNT channels 20, 21, 23, 24, 25 only in the evening starting at 10:30 PM and this happens every evening around that same time.

    I am on the transmitter of Troyes Les Riceys in the 10.

      Hello, As already mentioned, channels 20, 21, 23, 24, and 25 are part of the multiplex R7.

      On the transmitter in Troyes les Riceys, multiplex R7 is located on channel 23.

      try a manual search on this channel...

      However, the nature of the systematic failure at a specific time (every day at 10:30 PM) seems very curious to me and is likely caused by interference from some device.

      Do your neighbors have the same type of issue?

    Restart your TV if it is connected.

    Settings, channels, search, manual update. I just fixed the problem after 2 automatic channel searches.
