Hello,

I have a Samsung TV connected to my Orange Box.

When I turn it on, it starts up on the channel it was last on: for example, if I turn it off on TF1, it starts up again on TF1.

However, if I switch to the Orange decoder or another device, when I return to the Samsung TV, it automatically restarts on the channel "4633", so I have to perform several actions to get back to TF1.

Is it possible for it to restart on TF1 instead of 4633?

    Which Orange decoder do you have?

    Where is the cable coming from the TNT antenna connected?

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    Here is the type of TV: TQ50Q64DAUXXC

    The Orange decoder: UHD

    The antenna cable is connected to the Orange decoder

    The TV is directly connected to the Box via Wifi.

    The UHD decoder is connected to the TV via HDMI and to the box via Wi-Fi.

    The antenna is connected to the decoder and therefore not to the television.

    So I don’t understand your sentence: "Upon starting up, it does indeed restart on the channel where it was stopped: for example, if I stop it on TF1, it restarts on TF1."

    If the antenna is connected to the decoder... then it is with the decoder that we change the channel, and the television is still on the HDMIx source (the port where you connected the decoder).

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.

    Hello,

    I only use the Orange decoder for replays, it's simpler than the Samsung TV.

    I watch the DTT channels from the Samsung TV, which avoids having the decoder on.. (The TV is also directly connected to the box via Wi-Fi)

      The smart TV is also connected to the box via Wi-Fi, which is fine... Since the antenna is not connected to the television, you are receiving the Orange TV channels via Wi-Fi.

      So, when you reuse the Orange channels via Wi-Fi, you find yourself on an exotic channel number.

      I don't see any obvious solution to this issue.

      Personally, I would have connected the antenna to the TV for the direct TNT channels and would only use the Wi-Fi connection for the others.

    Apparently, the channel 4633 corresponds to FIFA+, which is a channel of the Samsung TV Plus application, available on all recent Samsung televisions, offering free channels.

    I assume that the return to the TV over Wi-Fi switches directly to Samsung TV Plus and on the last channel viewed there.

    It is indeed a recent television with Samsung TV Plus.

    The setting is just as indicated in the YouTube tutorial.

    It switches to 4633 when I return to the Samsung TV after being on the decoder or another device, by using the home button on the remote control.

    What app do you use to watch TV without the decoder?
    If you keep the "Automatically run last app" option checked

    Does it make a difference or not?

    The "automatically execute..." function is checked, which allows the TV to start on the channel upon turning it on after it was turned off.

    However, after watching with the decoder, I perform the following action: Home button => Samsung TV Plus icon (this is where it switches to channel 4633).

    So I will change and do: Home => Live TV TNT. (this is where it goes back to the last watched channel).

    I still have a lot to learn...

      I have a hard time understanding how you can receive live DTT if the television is not connected to the antenna.
