Audio problem with Medion digital TV channels

Hello,

I receive all the channels (DVB-C) but I don't have sound on some channels (operator VOO). It seems that the channels with Dolby sound are the ones not working. Is there a setting or another solution to resolve the issue?

    Hello and welcome to CCM

    The first thing to do is to check with Voo, who prides itself on having a very good customer service, if something needs to be changed with the decoder.
    Only then should you look at how the decoder is connected to the TV and also check if you need to activate an option in the TV menus related to Dolby.

    Hello and thank you,

    I'm using the DVB-C tuner of the TV, so there's no decoder. It's not a signal issue because it works with another TV in the same place. It must be a setting on the TV, but I can't find it.

      In that case, indeed, refer to the manual or contact the manufacturer since the issue lies with the TV.
      Tip: downloading the manual as a PDF is more convenient for searching within the manual.
