Samsung remote control can't change channels on decoder

Hello,
I have an Orange TV 4 decoder, I just got a 4K TV from Samsung, everything was going well with changing channels on the decoder, and suddenly it became impossible to change the channels despite all possible manipulations, the remote is connected to the TV but not to the decoder anymore.

The Samsung remote control needs to be set up to also operate your Orange decoder (which has its own remote control).
This setting may have "disappeared" from your Samsung remote after a handling error on it.
The documentation for your Samsung model provides the instructions.
It should be a method like this:

Menu -> system -> Universal remote configuration -> Start -> decoder box -> TV -> select 'orange' from the proposed providers (canalsat, freebox, sfr, etc...), select TV input source (hdmi1, hdmi2, etc...).

Are the batteries in the remote control good?
