Install Explor@ Park (Vtech) on iMac Sonoma

Hello,

I just switched from a PC to an iMac. I wanted to install the Explor@ Park from Vtech, but I consistently get an error message.

I’ve seen that I'm not the only one; as a beginner on Apple, I think I might be missing something obvious.

I allowed installations from "anywhere" but the error message remains the same.

No responses from Vtech following my message last week... and the procedure on the website isn’t working either... (https://www.vtech-jouets.com/assistance?question=magibook-message-aucun-produit-vtech-detecte-sur-mac%29

Thanks in advance to the kind souls who can help me.

    Hello,

Are you having issues during the installation of the program or when opening the program after installation?

I don't know if there is a minimum required configuration?

    Best regards.

      Hello,

I double-click on the package and I get the error message.

      The installation does not start.

      For the minimum configuration:

Required configuration for your Macintosh computer:

Macintosh computer with an Intel or Apple ARM (M1) processor

      Memory: 512 MB RAM

300 MB of free hard disk space minimum

      USB port required

      MacOS 10.12 or higher

I have the M1 chip, I have more RAM (8), I have the necessary disk space, and I have MacOS Sonoma 14.1

      Best regards.
