Changing the password on ctronics cameras

Hello,

I just installed three surveillance cameras at my home. These cameras are accessed from my wife's phone and mine. Everything worked well during the installation. Today, I decided to change the password on these cameras. I started with my mobile and it was successful! However, for my wife's phone, I cannot access the page that allows me to change the password. What can I do, how should I proceed? These are ctronics brand cameras. Thank you for your responses. Regards, p@t

It may be that the app on your wife's phone is not updated, which could cause this type of problem. Start by checking and updating the app if necessary. Then, make sure you are connected to the right Wi-Fi network - the one that the camera is connected to.
