Changing the password on ctronics cameras

Hello,
I just installed three surveillance cameras at my home. These cameras are accessed from my wife's phone and mine. Everything worked well during the installation. Today, I decided to change the password on these cameras. I started with my mobile and it was successful! However, for my wife's phone, I cannot access the page that allows me to change the password.
