Camera ctronics modify settings not saved

Since the beginning of November, I've been unable to modify the alarm settings of my Ctronics PTZ 1080 camera via the Ctronics Pro app. When I make changes, I get a message saying the recording was successful, but when I exit the app and reopen it, I find the previous alarm plan, and the modifications have not been taken into account, and this is true for all changes to the age parameter.

Is this due to the time change, or is it a desynchronization issue? I have resynchronized with the tablet, but the problem persists.

Hello,

I have the same problem as you, I've tried everything.

I tried resetting the camera from the app, without success. I also performed a hard reset using the button located under the camera, but the issue persists.

Have you managed to resolve the problem?
