Hello,

how to do? I have an address at hotmail.com.

Actually, I have 2 Ctronics cameras. I set up the 1st one a while ago, and when I enter the same details for the 2nd one, the test fails.

I can't remember at all how I did it for the 1st one.

    Eureka,

    I gave myself a good hand: when you want to set up your emails for alerts, the camera needs to be completely "silent"; you have to disconnect "AI alarm," otherwise, when you do a TEST after setting it up, the device goes into reject mode even if all the data is good: makes sense.
