Hello, I wanted to create a new Vinted account with a different email address, which I did, but when they ask me for my mobile phone number, they tell me that I can only use it once, because apparently I've already used this number for another account. However, I no longer have access to that account, and I don’t know what to do. I'm stuck, thank you for your help.

    What exactly happened with the old account that you're unable to access right now?

    You need to reach out to the support of the website in question for account recovery.
