Vinted inbox issue Solved

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with my Vinted inbox. I can't access it on my computer, but it works on my phone. I'm stuck on my profile? No satisfactory response from Vinted!!
Could someone please come to my aid?
If anyone has encountered this issue before.

Hello and welcome to CCM.
The best thing to do is to close the app, clear the cache of that app, and restart the app.
If that doesn't work, clear the cache, uninstall the app, then reinstall it.
