Hello,
I have a small issue that I've been experiencing for a few days; I can't connect to the Vinted site from my computer (there's no problem on my phone), I get stuck on my profile page where I have to enter my credentials, and I can't validate it.
Apparently my browser is up to date.

I too have the same damn problem, since last year
I have contacted customer service about twenty times, they keep asking me the same questions, there is no record of previous exchanges, I have to recount the whole story and the same argument every time with operators who almost respond with "kikoo lol" using "you" instead of a respectful "you" and even "kisses" and other phrases that aim to give the illusion that they are nice to cover up their complete incompetence.
