Application not found: Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

Hello,
I recently did a cleanup of all the unnecessary items on my PC (and I may have cleaned a bit too well, anyway...) and in the "User Accounts" section of the Control Panel, there is a folder named Mail (Microsoft Outlook). When I click on it, it shows "Application not found". And that's true, I uninstalled everything related to Office (previously installed... not very by the book and didn’t pay much... if you know what I mean... currently, I have nothing else but OneNote for Windows 10). My question is therefore: How can I delete this folder?
I have a theory that there might be a folder that contains all the items from the control panel, and where we could remove this folder, but well, it's just a theory...
Thanks in advance for your help!
