Screen flickering issue

Hello, for some time now, after a while of using the PC, the main screen (I have two screens) starts to "flicker" (see photo) at certain moments, sometimes in a game and sometimes on the desktop. The problem is strange in the sense that when I launch an application or anything, the issue stops before resuming when I close the window.
I initially thought it was a graphics card problem, but since my second screen works and after resetting the drivers, the problem remains.
(P.S.: The bug also appears in the screen settings, the screen is connected via DisplayPort to the graphics card.)Image

What kind of graphics card do you have? Your screen is quite blurry (double image).

I have an RTX 3060 Ti, but it works perfectly in terms of performance and temperature + I cleaned the fans recently.

Hello,

You shouldn't have this screen with an RTX. Is the graphics card up to date?
