Screen flickering issue

Hello, for some time now, after a while of using the PC, the main screen (I have two screens) starts to "flicker" (see photo) at certain moments, sometimes in a game and sometimes on the desktop. The problem is strange in the sense that when I launch an application or anything, the issue stops before resuming when I close the window.
I initially thought it was a graphics card problem, but since my second screen works and after resetting the drivers, the problem remains.
(P.S.: The bug also appears in the screen settings, the screen is connected via DisplayPort to the graphics card.)
