Hello,

I have 2 sessions in Windows 10. In one, I can print my Excel file without any problem, but in my other session, I cannot create the PDF file. The following message appears: An error occurred: GhostScript internal error.

Thank you for providing me with the solution to print.

Hello,

The "PDF Creator" printing goes through GhostScript.

This means that PDF Creator has only been installed for the current user, or that not all sessions have the same rights (user/administrator), or the same security software settings...

But why use PDF Creator for this simple task instead of Microsoft Print to PDF, which is built into Windows?

In older versions of GhostScript (and thus PDF Creator), the bug has been reported as possibly being due to an ASCII character (accent...) in the username, but well...

It is also a question of whether it is PDF Creator or PDFCreator, as they are not the same; the latter has been implicated for an unwanted toolbar.

At least one of the two, I can't remember which, I haven't used since Windows 10 and Microsoft Print to PDF, included watermarks in the free version.
