Hello,

My mom has a hotmail account that she has had almost forever, but we can't remember her password and her account is locked.

Unfortunately, we can't unblock it through the form; we're trying to be as precise as possible, but Microsoft isn't unlocking it for security reasons.

Does anyone here have a tip to finally recover her account because I've tried everything.

Hello,

There are no tricks!

You should always have a recovery account (not Hotmail) to be able to change the password in case you forget it. It is probably also possible to use a mobile phone number.

Apart from these procedures, nothing can be done for security reasons.

Thank you, the problem is that I entered her recovery address but it doesn't work either.

Try to connect to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/

You will click on Forgot Password. You should be able to change the password by receiving an email at the backup address
