Hello,

A week ago, a girl on Instagram (clara_mura42) approached me and asked to get to know each other. She confessed that she wanted to have a virtual sexual relationship and suggested exchanging nudes. I agreed and she asked me to come to Telegram.

I went there, we talked and I sent 2 photos and she sent me 1 but deleted it right away. Then she ended up sending me a photo montage with my nudes and my Instagram followers. She told me that if I didn't pay 3000 for her grandmother's breast cancer operation, she would send the photos to my friends and family, and she also threatened to file a complaint at the French embassy even though she claimed to live in Toulouse.

Out of fear, I deleted the Telegram conversation for both of us, I completely deleted my Telegram account. I blocked her on Instagram and deleted the Instagram conversation. She also sent me a broadcast message via SMS about factories, etc. So, I blocked her number and also deleted the conversation.

But now I'm afraid of having a complaint against me and I no longer have any evidence to defend myself.

Do you think a scammer of this type would be capable of filing a complaint against their victim (she has my phone number) or is it just a bluff to increase the pressure?

Classic scam, there are loads of messages similar to yours on the forum, you are a victim of a "brouteur" (scammer), do not contact this person again, do not pay, and forget all of this.

I have been stressed since the beginning of the week... because I didn't see a situation like mine... They asked me for €5250 because the 13-year-old girl had seen my genitals in the video. She committed suicide by drug overdose. A complaint was filed with the Gendarmerie, etc. She asked me for money on a Transcard Mastercard. I prolonged the situation to buy time and avoid paying... gradually, she lowered the amount. She even offered me a payment plan. Now I have blocked the person from my email, at least I no longer feel stressed when I receive one. I hope all this is over....????????

Being the fool that I am, I paid, and now it's been 3 months that she hasn't left me alone, even though I've blocked her everywhere; she has my number.

What can I do to finally be at peace?
