"Unable to download the file." Drive

Hello,

On Drive, when I try to download multiple documents at once, the download seems to work, the message "Preparing the document: compressing files" pops up in the bottom right corner, but when the loading finishes, the error message: "Unable to download the file." appears and therefore the download does not take place while when I download a single file, the download works.

Please help me, I don’t understand why I can’t download more than two files on Google Drive,

(the files are between 1000 KB and 2 MB, they vary: photos, video.mp4, gif), I also tried removing the virus protections from my computer (a tip I saw on another forum) but nothing worked, I have no extensions and have done all the latest updates.

    If it's from a smartphone, a weak network may cause this message, preventing the download from occurring normally.
