Google Drive - Unable to add a folder that was shared with me

Hello everyone,

While trying to add a folder shared with me to "My Drive," I realized that the option is not available and that I can only "add a shortcut to my drive." This is really inconvenient for me because it prevents me from syncing the folder on my computer and therefore forces me to go through my browser to view it.

This is the first time this has happened to me; I can no longer add any folders shared by a third party to my drive at this address, while I tested it from another Google account and it works...

Does anyone have a clue?

    I found the solution, you need to go to "Shared with me", select the folder you want to add to your drive and press "Shift+Z".
