Hello everyone, I downloaded Google Drive for PC in order to sync all my data from my PC to Drive. A small green icon appears next to my files on my PC, so I deduce that they have been synced, but they do not appear on my Drive, which is frustrating... Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
Have you gone to the "computers" category? You need to go there and click on your computer, then you can see your synced files and folders.

Hello again,
normally, there should be no data loss, but I still recommend that you copy/paste your files somewhere on your computer just in case there is a problem. To do this, simply copy/paste the folder and then go into it using Windows Explorer. Next, in the "View" category at the top of the screen, under "Show/Hide," check the box next to "Hidden items." This will allow you to see the Google Drive folder named ".tmp.driveupload." Delete this folder. You now have a backup of your files in case there is a problem.
Now that precautions are taken, we need to desynchronize the folder. Therefore, go to the Google Drive preferences. To do this, click on the Google Drive icon in the hidden icons category (small ^ in the right part of the taskbar at the bottom of the screen), then on the "Settings" button (gear icon). Then choose "Preferences" from the list. You will see all your currently synchronized files and folders. Click on the folder you want to desynchronize, then uncheck the first box "Sync photos with Google Drive." Then click on "Stop syncing." Now, click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of the window. You can now close the Google Drive window. Next, go to Google Drive using your browser, navigate to the "Computers" category, and then into your computer's folder. Delete the Google Drive folder you just desynchronized by selecting it and clicking on the trash can icon at the top right of the interface.
Now, we need to resynchronize the folder.
To do this, go to the Google Drive preferences (in the same way as described above) and then click on "Add folder." Select the folder to resynchronize, then click "OK" while keeping the first box checked. Then click "Save." You can close the Google Drive preferences window. Wait for the folder to synchronize (when the blue icon in the corner of the folder turns green) and there you go, your folder is resynchronized.
I hope this helps resolve the issue.
Have a good evening.
