Île-de-France Computer Administrator

Hello,
I've just logged into my computer after 3 years. I'm trying to install LibreOffice and remove the default apps since I'm no longer in high school, but the changes are impossible due to the administrator certification that blocks everything. However, according to the data, the certificate should have expired since 09/08/2023, so in principle, I should have free rein over the changes made to the computer, yet that is not the case. It's a shame because I've never used this computer, I'm a student and I really don't want to buy a new one when I already have a new one. If there is a way to disable the administrator, I would love to resolve this issue.

Hello, you need to contact the service (whose contact details were provided to you when this PC was handed over at the high school, a service dependent on the Île-de-France region) in order to obtain the BIOS password and the admin password that will allow you to unlock it or even reinstall it.
All of this should have been explained to you upon the handover of this PC.
Hello,
I confirm the information from afdl
