    Hello

    You can try:

    1) Open the Settings, Applications, choose Google Play, then Storage, then the "clear cache" and "clear data" buttons... Do this again for the other Google apps in the Apps list...
    2) Open Samsung Store and tap the 3 _ at the bottom, then Updates, and perform all the suggested updates...
    3) Restart the Tablet (Long press the button, choose Restart (twice)...
