Freebox Pop Connection

Hello,

A Free customer for years, I just exchanged my Freebox Revolution for a Freebox Pop.

The Pop has been connected for 72 hours, but the light is still red, stuck on step 2, searching for the DSL signal.

Is this waiting time normal? I opened an incident ticket on my Free account, no response, nothing is moving, impossible to reach anyone by phone... I'm starting to worry...

    Hello,

    check your connection to make sure everything is properly connected.

    Did your old Revolution box work when you removed it? Try reconnecting it if you still have it.


    And there you go ...

    But goodness, those line breaks are so annoying!!

    Hello,

     The Pop has been connected for 72 hours but the light remains red, stuck on step 2, searching for the DSL signal.

    Generally, the signal arrives quickly. I advise you to return the Pop to your ISP Free. It’s not working.

    What connection: ADSL or Fiber?

    It's not normal: the connection should have been immediate.

    Make sure to check all the connections.

    Did you call 3244?
