Hello,

I can't get the subtitles to work! I've selected the language and chosen the hearing-impaired mode, but it doesn't work: no subtitles on the screen. What should I do? Thank you.

If I understand correctly, you have made the "Subtitles" and "Hearing Impaired" adjustments described below (excerpt from the manual on page 76):

But did you press the "Subtitle" button on your remote control?

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...

Hello,

Who provides the image to the television? If it's an external device (decoder, TV box, etc.), the subtitles for the hearing impaired need to be activated in that device.

Note: Not all TV shows broadcasted are necessarily audio-described or subtitled.

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when there isn't one...

The TV is connected directly to the outdoor antenna.

I know that France 3 broadcasts subtitled programs and that is with this channel that I did the tests.

In any case, thank you for your interest in my problem.
