Philips TV 32PFL6007H - Subtitle Display
Hello, I have a problem with my Philips 3D television 32PFL6007H. Although the subtitles are set to "on" (via the options menu), they are not showing up. By the way, I don't know if it’s related, but the subtitle language selection option is grayed out.
This happens on all channels.
I do have the latest TV software update.
The subtitles were working until a month ago, and nothing special has happened that could have caused this issue.

We are sorry for the issues you are experiencing with your television.
Have you checked the format of your image? It might be that the format is incorrect and is hiding your subtitles.

- I press the "Options" button
- I go to the first item on the list => "Subtitles," I check that they are enabled, and they are
- Then I want to go to the item below it, for the choice of subtitle language, but the item is grayed out, so I can't tell if there are subtitles available or not
Could you please specify if you attempted to enable the subtitles on a program such as a movie or a news broadcast?
Could you also clarify if you are using a decoder to watch your channels?
