Hello I can't turn off the subtitles. The SUBT button on the remote says "unavailable" and there is no option in the remote menu Thank you

Hello I'm not using a box, I have TNT Connected with the antenna

Hello...

If you have the signal through the box, the setting might be on the remote control OF THE DECODER....

On one of mine, I go to "menu," then to the gear icon... and "subtitles"....
On the other, oddly enough, it doesn't work but I think it's because of the box and the decoder...

It's all good, I just found it, it's the remote control for the TNT decoder and not for the TV that needed to be stopped Thank you..

Indeed, when I asked about the signal reception, I forgot that some TVs need a decoder upstream... sorry!
