Big problems with smart tank 7005 printer

Hello everyone

After changing a print head on an HP Smart Tank 7005 printer, the carriage moved back to the right, but the entire control panel is blinking and nothing works, so it's impossible to check if the print head is correctly inserted because the carriage is stuck on the right and can't be moved, making it impossible to access the print heads.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply, but after intense discussions with the dealer and HP, I was able to activate the 2-year warranty. So it was replaced by HP with a new one. The carriage jam seems to be recurring with this model, which HP is aware of.
