    Hello christia10,

    Your printer is printing too large, and the characters are bigger
    than... what? Than on the original document? By the way:

    a) Which software are you using to print? Word? Excel? Something else?

    b) Start by checking the size of your characters in your Word document or in your
        Excel workbook (for example):
        example: if it's in Arial 48, change it to Arial 14.

    c) In Excel: Page Layout tab, same name group, click
        on the small square on the right (= dialog box launcher) =>
        "Page Setup" window; "Page" tab:
        ◉ Adjust to: 140% of the normal size
        (140% is an example); this is the zoom for printing;
        set it to 100% or even less to reduce the output of
        your print; 20% => tiny! ;)

    d) For another software, check all its capabilities and
        different options.

    e) Just in case, check that your driver (device driver)
        for your printer is up to date: a recent driver might
        perhaps solve your problem?

    If your problem is resolved, please go to the top of the page
    to click on "Mark as resolved."

    Otherwise, provide more details: your version of Windows,
    software used (with its version), brand and model of
    your printer, detailed problem with large characters.

    Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards. :)
