New Epson EcoTank printer blinking

Hello, I just received my Epson EcoTank 2712 printer, I followed the setup. It started to blink, all the lights are blinking (WiFi, ink, paper, power). I contacted support who couldn't help me, advising me to return the printer for a mechanical failure. After several reconfigurations, it continues to blink, it doesn't copy, doesn't scan but prints everything I want from my computer with the USB cable. Could you help me? At over 200€, before I send it back on Monday, I'd like to try one last time. Thank you in advance. Sam

    If even the support couldn't do anything... the return seems inevitable...

    The only question is, but I assume they asked you... did you remember to remove all the protective blocks during commissioning?....

      Hello, first of all thank you for your response. Yes, I removed everything as indicated on the diagram, the tapes are blue and I checked the cover.. I even blew inside following the support's advice.. but with the support we didn't attempt the printing.. just focused on the indicators... I don't understand how I can print and not do the rest.. well.. thank you it smells like a return that's all.
