Error 5250 Maxify printer

Hello,

If the same error 5205 problem appears on the Maxify printer but it's a Mac and not a PC, how should I proceed please?

And if the problem persists, it means the printer is malfunctioning.

 <<5205 Cause An error occurred at the printer level. Action Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the machine. Plug the machine back in, then turn the machine on again. If the problem persists, contact the nearest Canon service center for repair.>>
