I don't understand anything, it explains to me that there is a firewall blocking but I have disabled both the Windows firewall and my antivirus firewall, it doesn't work.

I have the same thing as you, gabriel78. Please help me, I beg you. I can't access certain web pages and I can't install MSN anymore. I used to install it and it worked. Now I can’t install it or connect. And yet I have another computer (laptop) and I can access all the pages I want and I can also connect to MSN. It's not all the online games I have; I can’t connect except for CS and DOD. I have to say that I'm not good with computers, so please help me. Boo hoo hoo hoo hoo... sniff... sniff...

Hello everyone.
When I try to connect to Orange Assistance (for example), I always get the same message "server not found (DNS error) and when I request a diagnosis, I get "WARN: Error 12029 when connecting to www.microsoft.com, etc...
Thank you in advance for the help you can provide.

My problem was actually solved thanks to Nardino's help: there were remnants of antivirus software that I thought I had uninstalled, which caused a conflict. Here are the details of what Nardino advised me to do to solve my problem at this address:

I don't know if it will help you, but otherwise, be patient, you might find a great advisor like me.
Good luck.

Good evening,
I had the same error as you recently but I'm sorry to tell you this, but personally, I uninstalled everything and reset everything. I lost some files, that's true, but now everything is running smoothly.
I did it this way because I didn't have the time to wait for a response and even less to call a technician who, by the way, told me a bit of nonsense... so I can't help you any further, good luck....
