Issues with my G733

Hello, I've had this G733 for 6 months and since this afternoon, the headset seems to be permanently on because when I test the microphone, it detects sound. However, no sound comes out of the headset and nothing happens when I press the buttons (on-off and mute-unmute). Additionally, no LED lights are working and the app doesn't recognize it as being on. I tried changing the USB port, uninstalling G Hub, and restarting the PC, but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

Is the Logitech G733 headset still under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase)?... if yes, return it to where you bought it for an exchange or a refund.
