Neopix Ultra 2TV: error/ recuperación de Android

Hello,

I bought yesterday the Philips Neopix Ultra 2TV, new.

It worked for about 1 hour, it turned off and this message appeared on reboot:

Android recovery

Droidlogic/ faraday / faraday

9/PI/20201113

User/ release-Keys

Use volume up/ down and source

Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device.

-Factory data reset

Error!

1) have you ever had a similar message?

2) I cannot click on try again nor on factory data reset.

Indeed, when I press the arrows or OK, nothing happens.

When I press the volume buttons, only the volume is displayed.

I tried to go through the settings but as soon as I request the reset via this method, the device shuts down, restarts and displays the same message again.

When turning on yesterday, I was able to associate my Google account, perform Android pairing and connect to YouTube or Canal, for example.

Would you have any solutions to offer?

    Hola,

    Lo más sencillo y seguro para usted sería hacer valer la garantía ya que su televisor es nuevo, porque si realiza una acción incorrecta podrían retirarle la garantía y se quedará con su televisor bloqueado. ¿Ha intentado pulsar los botones del proyector directamente y no del control remoto? Deberían encontrarse en la parte trasera. Si eso no funciona, siga este procedimiento: https://fc.darty.com/notices/DOCUMENTATION/2021/23/4907086_NOTCOMP.pdf actualización del software con una llave USB en FAT32, si tiene acceso al menú de ajustes del proyector.
