Realtek RTL8723BE WIRELESS LAN 802.11 n PCI-E NIC issue

Hello,

I am desperate because for a few weeks now, my ASUS R540L PC no longer detects my WIFI box. I want to specify that the PC detects my mobile hotspot and other private networks around, but not my box anymore.

Previously, it would detect my box and the other devices connected in the house still detect my box (TV, phone, etc.).

When I go to the device manager, there are no issues (no small yellow triangle) and no driver updates are suggested.

Also, I suspected that the issue could be with one of my network drivers, either:

realtek rtl8723BE WIRELESS LAN 802.11 n PCI-E NIC

or realtek PCIe FE Family Controller

I’ve tried the tutorials on this site to repair both drivers but nothing has changed, please help me!! :(

    Hello

you need to activate the Wi-Fi card:

The WiFi card is connected, the problem is not there. As stated in the message, the other surrounding networks as well as my phone's hotspot are visible, only my box no longer appears.

But thank you anyway for taking the time to respond to me.

    Forget this question:
The date and version of the driver?
